Mia Ashford-John is a traditional illustrator whose work focuses on nature, animals, and bringing mythology to life. Watercolour is her medium of choice to portray elements of the real world, such as music, wildlife and emotions. She takes inspiration from literature and natural history books which, together with her detailed watercolour work, help create the whimsical, otherworldly environment in her art.
