Marybuen Gaya

Marybuen’s fascination with nature grew from her childhood spent in the valleys, her trips tracking through forests, waterfalls and mountain ranges with her family only made her love for the living world pour into her work. That combined with her interests in worlds of fiction makes for an interesting, yet charming set of illustrations. Mainly painting digitally, she likes to create a sense of enchantment from sunsets to nightfalls filled with texture, vivid colours and strong lighting.
